Sr. Analyst/Manager - Part D Product Strategy - MN Market - Hybrid in MN

The Senior Analyst / Manager will support full range of product strategy workstreams, providing analytical, operational, and coordination support to ensure product designs, competitive positioning, and strategic recommendations are developed with rigor and delivered on time.

 

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Support Part D product strategy development within the broader Medicare product organization, including benefit design analysis, competitive research, and product roadmap documentation
  • Assist in developing and managing Part D product designs that meet goals for growth, retention, Stars, and financial performance, including scenario modeling and design option comparison
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform short- and long-term product strategy; synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including formulary, network, finance, and actuarial - to support product strategy discussions and drive alignment on benefit design decisions
  • Support implementation of regulatory changes impacting Part D, including tracking CMS updates and coordinating cross-functional workstreams to operationalize required changes
  • Assist with the development of materials to inform leadership and cross-functional partners on benefit changes, product strategies, and industry landscape
  • Support go-to-market activities including AEP preparation, sales education, and coordination with marketing on product messaging and member migration campaigns
  • Contribute to ad hoc initiatives across the broader Government Programs Product Strategy team

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare system, including work in Medicare Advantage, Part D, or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated comfort working with data - able to independently pull, structure, and analyze data in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and multi-source joins) and translate it into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proven advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build executive-ready presentations that distill complex analysis into clear, decision-oriented narratives
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey findings and recommendations to both business partners and leadership
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Medicare, with the ability to apply it across benefit design, competitive analysis, and product strategy workstreams
  • Ability to work independently across the product lifecycle and manage multiple workstreams to deadline with limited direct oversight in a cross-functional, matrixed environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Direct experience with Medicare Part D and prescription drug benefit design
  • Familiarity with CMS bid processes and Part D regulatory frameworks
  • Product strategy or product management experience
  • Experience with SQL or relational databases

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
