The CCT (Cloud Core Technologies) organization is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Lead Technical Product Manager to join our Public Cloud product team. In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for our public cloud developer-enablement platforms. The team's vision is to build secure, robust, and highly scalable cloud services across Azure, AWS, and GCP to empower our enterprise developer community. You will work on cutting-edge cloud modernization, security, and DevOps-driven workflows, creating innovative solutions that directly impact the delivery of global healthcare tech platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage approved AI tools to optimize daily workflows, analyze product metrics, and design AI-integrated developer solutions to solve complex business problems.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Public Cloud developer-enablement platform in partnership with key stakeholders
- Oversee product management lifecycle activities, translating developer requirements and security policies into product backlogs, epics, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality developer platform services in Azure and AWS environments
- Partner with engineering leads to foster a modern DevOps culture and accelerate public cloud adoption
- Communicate product status, key milestones, and feature releases to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the enterprise
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; alternatively, 4+ years of Healthcare Technology experience
- 8+ years of experience in product or technology management within a matrix organization
- 5+ years of experience defining roadmaps, writing requirements, and managing backlog prioritization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product Owner or Product Manager certification
- Experience in developing platform solutions for cloud developer community
- Experience in security and/or networking in Azure or AWS or GCP
- Experience presenting to large audiences, both technical and non-technical

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
