This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the maintenance, growth, increased profitability and persistency of new and existing business, the acquisition of new business on existing accounts, customer satisfaction and the strategic direction of assigned accounts
- Account Executive focuses on the small business to mid-sized provider business market segment, across all specialties and healthcare organizations
- Build executive-level relationships (CFO, CEO, Controller)
- Identify potential health care business customers. renewal and expansion opportunities (additional products, upsell/cross-sell) to drive lifetime value relationships
- Sell health care products to mid-sized provider business customers
- Achieve new and renewal sales based on individual performance and market criteria.
- Attain goals related to specific targeted health care financing products
- Produce sales that results in profitable premium levels for the company
- Develop business relationships with customers and internal partners within the small to mid-sized provider business market
- Develop and enhance the profitability of the key small business accounts through the selling of new and existing business to these customers
- Share responsibility for team retention objectives, and for ensuring that team follows up on 100% of renewals

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of healthcare sales/account management experience, with demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles
- 3+ years of experience handling complex and difficult accounts
- 3+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite to include word, excel, PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience working in partnership with marketing and customer service
- Proven track record of net-new business acquisition and ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Valid driver's license
- Willing or ability to work on-site 4 days per week in Eden Prairie, MN
- Willing or ability to travel 15%
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of data analytics experience
- Professional fintech/banking acumen
- Familiarity with provider financial workflows (revenue cycle, reimbursement timing, capital planning)
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $45,000 to $100,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
