Project Manager - Executive (Non-Tech)

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation of key project deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project deliverables in alignment with defined business objectives and project charters.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including task definitions, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Engage and inform key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Hold team members accountable for their contributions and provide coaching as needed.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure success.
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
  • Transition project outcomes into daily business operations upon completion.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
  • Background in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in guiding teams towards successful project outcomes.
